Terms and conditions

Welcome to Wanderloom Tours! We are delighted at the prospect of assisting you as your preferred travel booking agent. This document outlines the terms and conditions (referred to as the “Agreement”) governing the provision of travel-related services by Wanderloom Tours. As you begin your journey with us, it is important to understand both your rights as a valued customer and the responsibilities we uphold as your travel service provider.

In this Agreement, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wanderloom Tours, while “you” pertains to any individual accessing our website, utilizing our booking services, or engaging with us through any sales channel. These terms and conditions apply to all clients of Wanderloom Tours and its affiliated companies.

Responsibilites

Upon booking, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for familiarizing yourself with Wanderloom Tours’ terms and conditions. By confirming your booking, you affirm that you meet all conditions stipulated by Wanderloom Tours and possess the physical ability to comply with our instructions and engage in all planned activities. In case of uncertainty, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note that Wanderloom Tours shall not be held responsible for any uncertainties arising from flight cancellations, road closures, landslides, road accidents, or loss incurred by clients due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.”

Additional charges may apply for continued services in cases where the tour extends beyond the originally scheduled duration due to unforeseen circumstances.

Booking Process

All bookings are contingent upon availability and confirmation by Wanderloom Tours upon the full payment being received.

Payments

To secure your reservation, initial deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.

Full payment must be received before start of your tour.

We offer flexible payment options including cash, debit/credit card, bank transfer, and other specified methods.

Cancellation and Refunds

“Our refund policy for tour cancellations stipulates a 12% charge on the deposit amount. If you choose to postpone your tour, your payments will remain valid for the next year, excluding any bank fees.

Please note, a 12% cancellation fee will be applied if clients cancel the tour before 15 days. For cancellation requests made after this period, the company will assess them on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration all relevant circumstances at that time.”

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

Flight Delay/Cancellation

Flight delays and cancellations are possible, especially in remote or mountainous areas. Travelers are advised to plan for extra days to account for potential delays and to budget for additional expenses related to accommodation and meals in case of flight disruptions.

Health and Sefty

Travelers are responsible for confirming their physical fitness and health suitability for participating in tour activities. Prior to booking, we request that travelers disclose any medical conditions or dietary requirements.

Changes to Itinerary

Wanderloom Tours reserves the right to adjust tour itineraries, accommodations, or transportation arrangements as needed, due to factors such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen events. Should the tour extend beyond the originally planned duration due to unforeseen circumstances, additional charges may apply for the extended services.

Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other necessary permits. Wanderloom Tours will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of the traveler’s failure to secure these documents.

Complaints

Any complaints or issues that arise during the tour should be reported immediately to our tour guide or representative, allowing us to address them promptly.
